Cancellation Policy

Clients are now required to pay a non-refundable deposit when booking to ensure arrival. This means it is NOT refundable at all. Cancelling your appointment will not refund your deposit. If you are more than 15 minutes late you will need to be rescheduled. I understand life happens, as long as you communicate with me I am more than willing to work with you! No call no show/same day cancels will be charged 40% of the service, so please communicate with me!
